Extensions of the analytical ecosystem
TESPA analytical products are not isolated consulting outputs, but extensions of the broader analytical ecosystem integrating monitoring, synthesis, methodology, and evolving system interpretation.
TESPA develops applied analytical products integrating signal-pattern analysis, strategic interpretation, and system-level assessment across complex geopolitical environments.
TESPA analytical products are not isolated consulting outputs, but extensions of the broader analytical ecosystem integrating monitoring, synthesis, methodology, and evolving system interpretation.
TESPA products emerge through cumulative interaction between monitoring, synthesis, conceptual adaptation, and strategic interpretation.
Continuous observation of strategic signals
Organisation and interpretation of signal data
Identification of evolving configurations
Reconstruction of structural interaction logic
Structured evaluation of system dynamics
Applied strategic products and reports
Six named analytical formats developed on the basis of the SPA / TESPA methodology, each with a defined analytical purpose and use case.
A system-level assessment of the strategic environment that identifies key actors, contested rules, nodes of competition, mechanisms of influence, risks and possible implications.
When it is used: This format is suitable for assessing broad systemic processes: international competition, changes in global order, transformation of security architecture or the role of a particular actor within the system.
An analysis of how a conflict develops over time, how actor behaviour changes, which phases have already passed, which scenarios may be forming and which indicators need to be monitored.
When it is used: This format is suitable for analysing a war, regional crisis, prolonged confrontation or negotiation process connected with a conflict.
A regular or demonstration short brief that processes current events, statements and decisions as signals. Each signal is classified according to the format: type / subtype — function (+ context), and then connected to patterns, scenarios and strategic assessment.
When it is used: This format is suitable for regular monitoring of complex international processes where it is important to see not only events, but also changes in actor behaviour.
A structured map of interaction between actors, tracks, nodes, mechanisms and zones of competition. This product shows how different processes are connected.
When it is used: This format is suitable for analysing complex configurations: US–China, US–Iran, Russia–Ukraine–West, the Middle East, BRICS, sanctions networks or regional security formats.
An assessment of several possible scenarios of development, with identification of the signals that support or weaken each scenario.
When it is used: This format is suitable for situations of high uncertainty where the task is not to make a categorical prediction, but to understand a set of possible trajectories.
A concise periodic product for fast reading that summarises key signals, patterns, risks and strategic conclusions for a senior audience.
When it is used: This format is suitable for weekly or monthly review of complex international dynamics.
Below are demonstration examples showing how TESPA analytical products may look in practical use. Each example has three levels: a short product card, a full demonstration version and a client-facing sample.
A system-level strategic assessment of contemporary international competition. The product shows how the United States, China, Russia, Iran, the EU, NATO and Ukraine are positioned within the architecture of hierarchy contestation inside a preserved unipolar system.
This sample shows how TESPA moves from separate events to a system-level map of actors, rules, nodes, mechanisms of influence and architectural change.
A conflict trajectory assessment analysing the evolution of Russia’s war against Ukraine: from an attempt at force-based revision of rules towards a defensive-destructive model of status preservation and a possible post-war system of containment of the Russian Federation.
This sample shows how TESPA analyses a conflict not merely as a military confrontation, but as a trajectory of changing strategic behaviour and the response of the international system.
A demonstration monitoring brief showing how current events, statements and decisions are processed as signals, classified according to the format type / subtype — function (+ context), and then connected to patterns, scenarios and strategic assessment.
This sample shows the operational level of TESPA: how current monitoring is transformed into structured analytical assessment.
